Minna Hämäläinen, M.Sc. (Econ. & Bus.Adm.), is working as a junior researcher and project manager at Lappeenranta University of Technology, in Finland (www.lut.fi ). Last seven years she has been working in the field of further education for teachers and have been involved in many national and international entrepreneurship education development projects. She has been a lecturer about entrepreneurial learning and involved in developing regional entrepreneurship education strategies in Finland. She is a member of LUT Entrepreneurship & Entrepreneurship Education Research Group. Her main interest is entrepreneurship education and especially the management’s role in entrepreneurship education. Lately she has been focused to clarifying principals´role in entrepreneurship education in primary and secondary schools.
