Radmil Polenakovik
Professor on Entrepreneurship, Small Business Management
Dr. Radmil Polenakovik is professor on Entrepreneurship, Small Business Management, Innovation Management, etc at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, Skopje, Macedonia. He is also the Founder and President of the National Centre for Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurial Learning (NCDIEL) in Macedonia (since 2009)
- 1997 – Assisting development of curriculum and textbook for course “Entrepreneurship and small business” for Mechanical Faculty
- 2006 – Establishment of first University Start-up centre in Macedonia; developed training curriculum; organized nation-wide business plan university competition (6 cycles); supported creation of 54 start-up companies
- 2007 – Started national competition for best business plan for secondary school (since 2012 under the auspice of Prime-Minister)
- 2007 – Published university textbook “How to start your own business?” with on-line teaching materials
- Since 2008 – Team leader GEM Macedonia (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor)
- 2008-09 – Member of ETF expert group that developed indicators for entrepreneurial university
- 2011 – Founder: National Entrepreneurship Educators Network (under the auspice of the President)
- 2012 – Evaluator: project proposals for call “Entrepreneurship Education”, DG Enterprise and Industry
- 2012 – Development of curriculum and teaching material for courses “Innovation and Entrepreneurship” for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of secondary schools
- 2012 - 2014 Training of more than 1000 secondary and primary school teachers on the topics of Innovation and Entrepreneurship
- 2014 – Development of curriculum for course “Innovation” in IX grade of primary schools
- 2014 – Team leader for development of National Strategy for Entrepreneurial Learning for the Republic of Macedonia 2014 – 2020
