Carlos Talamas is the Head of the International Relations Department at Formaper - Milan Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Craft and Agriculture. He has been involved in different capacities (contract manager, project manager, expert) in more than 80 international technical assistance projects in 35 countries on Private sector development, SME development and entrepreneurship.
He has been member of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Small Business Committee. Participation on behalf of Eurochambres in the expert group Education for entrepreneurship, set up within the “Euro-Mediterranean Industrial Cooperation”.
Before working for the Chamber he has been Customer Service Manager for a middle sized Italian IT company. Previous experiences includes R&D Department of the Italian Committee for UNICEF, and extensive involvement in national and international youth organizations
